To make them consistent with the Referres Overview report, let's add the green/red percentage in the Visitors Overview and goals overview reports, in the metrics that have a sparkline.

Decreasing because I still feel like some users may not like the % comparison red/green as it may not fit their views or be accurate to them. Deferring...
