regression: SMS show +100% always #4299

since updating the demo to beta2, all SMS reports for Single websites contain +100% evolution.

reproduce url: http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=API&action=index&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday&token_auth=xxx&method=ScheduledReports.generateReport&idReport=1&outputType=3&language=en

evolution % show as +100% for daily sms. Expected: +4% instead of +100%
evolution % seem to work fine for "all websites".
