The name PDFReports was not descriptive as the plugin also handles HTML reports and provides a framework for other report types to be created.

For example the MobileMessaging plugin which creates SMS reports for one or all websites.

Descriptive plugin names are nice...

In eeb705a: Making sure API calls using old Referers or PDFReports would still work by automatically loading the new plugin instead (kind of internal Redirects) refs #4125 #4219
