In fresh install of laster stable release (1.12), I was unable to add o modify sites (?module=SitesManager&action=index).
Piwik report:
please specify a value for 'siteName'
(Por favor especifique un valor para 'siteName'.)

I reinstalled the database and now it's working well.
I think that is a problem with the permissions on the config folder at installation, that it's create the config with another user in ISPConfig.
For example:
real user web1:client1
piwik installed user: www-data:www-data

If you can re-create this issue with latest 2.0 beta, please let me know the steps to reproduce. http://builds.piwik.org/?C=N;O=D
