The home page can't be displayed due to a JS error (I don't see any Widget).
It may be linked with this ticket, but I am not sure of that : #4012

I have it on both local installation and on the online demo.

The error message is :
'definition' is null or not an object index.php?module=Proxy&action=getJs&cb=029d92d07a20e9f98919db9e7d20e77a, line 1430 character 1

I think this bug is already fixed, but not sure. If you're able to, maybe try with latest 2.0-alpha http://builds.piwik.org/?C=N;O=D
