are you using piwik 1.12? it works for me, how do you reproduce exactly? |

I am indeed using Piwik 1.12, only downloaded and installed it 2 days ago. I've tried to download the email report in pdf format a number of times, and I did indeed physically download a file on each occasion but it was not readable by any software on my Mac running OS X 10.8, neither Preview.app nor any of the web browsers I tried to use. |

I can't reproduce either. Works perfectly on Linux + Chrome. |

Email reports - html report - download works fine. But if you set it to pdf and try to download it, it produces a file that isn't readable with Preview, Safari or Firefox.
