when opening the layer to give feedback, there is a link with the id "feedback-contact"; there is the url for the redirection missing. the link sends me back to my own backend.

please try with latest beta: http://builds.piwik.org/?C=N;O=D

if you have the problem still please post a screenshot showing the link?
