in the german translation there's a spelling error; it says "Russische Frderation", but correct is "Russische Fderation" - no "r"

You should be able to search for translations.
Maybe have a look at the documentation of otrance: https://mysqldumper.jira.com/wiki/display/OTC/as+a+translator
Nevertheless, I've fixed that issue right now.
