Problem:

I have the issue that one coworker receives multiple times the same e-mail weekly report(pdf). That varies from 2-3 copies. The mails are all received with some time between.

Troubleshooting:

We checked the settings for all accounts and she is the only one who orders the mail report for her email adress.

Might this be a random bug or an issue with her account? No one else seems to have that problem.

That works for us and others, but can you please let us know more info?
eg. maybe post a screenshot showing these email reports in email inbox ?

I'm sorry to say: we have this issue too.

There are up to 20 email-reports send to coworkers for each report.

I checked the database (MySQL/MyISAM, only one entry for each report) and changed the time for generation to be spread over the whole day with no success.

Please let me know what Information you need to debug this; I have no idea at the moment.

edit: we are already on the latest verion of Piwik
edit2: the emails are not sent simultaniously but have a delay of a few minutes

can you please try again with latest beta? http://piwik.org/faq/how-to-update/faq_159/

we made a change that the tasks are now re-scheduled directly after starting, so this could resolve the problem. Thanks for testing!

Sorry for taking so long; I was in easter holidays.

I updated today to 2.2.0 (hoping the bugfix is also included there?). The main problem occured on the monthly reports, which will be done on thursday.

I will then report, if the fix worked.

There is definitely a confirmed issue in up to 2.6.1, see the reports in
#5300
