Description of the bug: see the title.

How to reproduce: 1)login to piwik
2)choose "date range" in dashboaard with "start" and "to" specified.
(Or you can choose in "setting" periods like "last 7 days").
3)click on an icone of a returning visitor.

This bug is still present in version 1.11.1 and as of this date, it is also present on demo.piwik.org

The resolution status to "worksforme" seems odd to me.

it's working, make sure you use latest beta: http://builds.piwik.org/?C=N;O=D
