clicking on sparklines in Goals OVerview does not reload the clicked sparkline in the graph, it reloads the sum of conversions graph

(In [7772]) Fixes #3685, pass all important parameters in sparkline URL to datatable reload on click instead of just 'columns'.

Clicking on a sub sparkline works, but then clicking on Top sparklines still passes idgoal

(In [7774]) Refs #3685, make sure goals overview sparklines have idGoal= in URL.
