Make IP in Visitor log clickable #3640

Currently when IP is hovered in Visitor log it shows "Visitor ID" tooltip.

It would be great if IP was made into hyperlink, which would trigger filter visitor log by "Visitor ID" i.e. show only visits from that particular user.

PS - I know there's ongoing work on segment editor, but for sure this would be great small improvement anyway.
