Select month period with the actual mounth.
In Visitor view, or in visits dashlet.
Click on CSV export.

The actual behavior :
In the CSV file you get only one line containing the actual month data.

The expected behavior :
In the CSV file you get previous X months data (in previous releases it was 30, now should be value selected in combo box)

If i go to: https://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&date=2012-12-16&period=month&idSite=7#module=VisitsSummary&action=index&date=2012-12-16&period=month&idSite=7

and click csv the csv contains all stats.

Works for me?
I think we have fixed it before
