Is it possible to embed Piwik analytics into User-generated splash pages, which allow Users to track visits to their Splash Page; based on Region, Page Views, Unique Page Views, Average Time on Page, Bounce Rate, Exit Rate, etc...

Yes possible of course simply put the Piwik jS code
