I think _pcn (Piwik Campaign Name) & _pck (Piwik Campaign Keywords) will work? Also, where's the URL builder?

pcn and pck will work for sure (even without underscore)

URL builder is here: http://piwik.org/docs/tracking-campaigns/url-builder/

We now have pk_cpn and pk_kwd and everyone has the option to overwrite that config and add even shorter ones. Should we still add shorter ones or close this issue?
