While fetching data from DB I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Piwik_Segment::getSql() in xxx/plugins/Actions/Actions.php on line 302

Hopefully you can help...

You appear to be running Piwik 1.5. The segmentation code has changed a lot since then. Please update to 1.6. Thanks.
