It would be usefull to see the to the http://piwik.org/blog/2011/03/piwik-can-be-used-in-compliance-with-data-protection-laws/ blogpost on http://piwik.org/security/

And "Learn more" block can be move to the top-right in order to be more archivable. At list piwik-tour is necessary in site's menu.

Thanks. A usability review was recently conducted, and UI improvements are on the way.

Privacy legislation is tangential to security. We'll cover this in #1828.

I added a link at the end of security page, linking to the Privacy FAQ.
