Search Engines - update #2479

Piwik 1.4 still put among the web sites these search engines urls:

• my.daemon-search.com/ita/explore/web?q=search
• www.zapmeta.de/?q=piwik
• www.zapmeta.nl/?q=piwik
• uk.zapmeta.com/?q=piwik
• www.zapmeta.com/?q=piwik
• suche.freenet.de/suche/?Keywords=Piwik (powered by yahoo)
• alicesuche.aol.de/aol/search?query=piwik (powered by aol)
• images.de.ask.com | images.fr.ask.com | ...

please create only ONE ticket with ALL urls, thanks!!

It's impossible, trac tells "too many urls", it considers it spam and it doesn't accept it.

3 urls aren't accepted, sometimes 2 urls are accepted

OK, next time please remove http:// and it should work. thx!

Found some more in my statistics

(In [4905]) refs #2479 support country code anywhere within subdomain
urls like images.de.ask.com are now mapped to images.{}.ask.com

(In [4906]) refs #2479 added some missing engines

(In [4907]) refs #2479 added zapmeta search engine

(In [4908]) fixes #2479 added talktalk.co.uk and fastweb.it (google powered)
