A max-height for textarea is needed, specially in the textarea for global filtered/ignored IPs in the settings - Websites - settings.

The HTML:

Background info: I have a list of IP ranges from 5 cloud hoster. It are 40,017 IP ranges. And yes, i will ignore all visitors from this clouds. There is a plugin, but the plugin calls the cloud server for grap the IP ranges via JSON/CSV. Thats not so cool.

Better was a new idea to ignore IP ranges from clouds. I always don't need Plugins. My piwik/matomo installation runs for many years with default and default settings. I track many of my websites. Default is good.

@matomoto thank you for suggesting this improvement, I believe this change will make the user experience better, putting this in the backlog for prioritization.
