After Update to Piwik 1.1.1 no Log-Data is shown for the actual week #1952

Hi,

I just updated from Piwik 1.1 to 1.1.1 and neither the Dashboard nor the other areas are showing any Values for the actual week. But it should show values in all pages, as I know I had hundreds of visitors.

Visitor Data are available as I could see them in Visitor>Visitor
as well as the Widget "Visitors in Real Time".
Piwik 1.1.1 always says "No Data available", but that's not true.

With Piwik 1.1 there wasn't such a Problem.

If you need any further Information, please let me know.

Hope this Info helps to find the bug.

Were you using cron-based archiving?

Can you check your web server log files for errors?

  • Not using Cron-based archiving.
  • Server-Log Showed fatal error for Plugin Funnel (Class 'Piwik_Funnels_API' not found in ../plugins/Funnels/Funnels.php on line 74)

Still don't shows any logs for the actual week, ony in Visitor/Visitor. The db table _log_visit has all visitor infos stored.

I deleted Browser-Cache and Cookies several times, as well tried to login several times and on different days. Even the Tracking-Code has been checked, but no errors there.

Plugin Funnel is now deactivated and Server-Log doesn't shows any errors now.

  • Dashboard and all other Areas don't show any Data => except Visitor/Visitor
  • No Goals are counted

But Problem still remains. To Update Piwik, I used the automatic Update Function, as this had worked well in the Past.

Any Ideas what could cause the Problem?

does it only not show data for week? does it show data for days, months, and year?

is 'enable browser archiving' enabled in the admin UI ?

That was the Problem. However, I could not remember that I've changed that.
