Hi, we are trying to get stats for the month of June. For the following languages on our site we are totally missing data for June.

For our site: (https://yesheis.com)

Stats zeroed:

  • /es
  • /id
  • /pt
  • /tl
  • /zh
  • /de
  • /fr

Works:

  • /en
  • /kr
  • /ru
  • /uk

Is there a way to retrieve this data?

@christianwelsh thank you for reporting this, is really hard to tell why the data is missing, it could be caused by various reasons. Maybe try run rearchive ./console core:archive --force-all-websites --url=YOUR_MATOMO_URL_HERE. FAQ can be found there. https://matomo.org/faq/how-to/faq_59/
