Fix Malaysian ISO codes on map #19007

Description:

Seems the ISO codes weren't correctly updated when the map has been switched from FIPS to ISO codes.
The correct list of ISO codes can be found here: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:MY
