The .as3proj files are used by the Windows-only FlashDevelop source code editor.

To make it easier for others to participate (and for Hudson CI), I'm going to add build.xml and flex-config.xml files to worldmap/mapRenderer and open-flash-chart.

This isn't a release blocker ... moving it to a different milestone.

p.s. I hit a snag with the embedded font in OFC. I seem to recall a fix in WP-Cumulus and FlashPlayer 10.

Already done for PiwikMap. OFC is gone. Marking as done.
