c: New plugin For features that probably will not be added to Matomo, but could be implemented as plugins. Enhancement For new feature suggestions that enhance Matomo's capabilities or add a new report, new API etc.

This could be maybe similar to our SEO widget and request information from sites like Google Safe Browsing, Safe Web, Site Advisor, Sucuri Malware Labs, PhishTank and others and checks if all is good with the domain.

To be decided if we do this similar to the SEO widget where we only request it eg in the dashboard on demand, or whether we would archive this data. If we were to archive it, then the benefit be that we can use features like Scheduled Reports and Custom Alerts to notify us when there is a change. Downside is longer archiving time, possibly running into quotas/rate limiting etc.
