that's a great idea, I can probably implement a confirm dialog only on a touchable device, so the none touchable device still stays the same. |

Does anyone by chance know any other platform that has a confirmation for signing out? I can't think of any where I would have seen this before. |

I guess in most cases it is simply better "hidden". In many cases it at least takes two clicks to log out (e.g. menu icon -> logout). We could (for mobile only) hide the logout link in the top menu and instead have an additional logout link in the admin menu maybe. |

A feature request from a user:
I have a small feature request.
When clicking on the sign-out button in the upper right corner, it would be great to have a confirmation bow, that you really want to sign out. When using Matomo on a tablet, I often get signed out by accident.
