Report settings should be persisted for anonymous user #18397

Then flatten and select "all". Then click on the report again or reload or change period and you will notice the settings are all gone.

This also applies to our demo and can be frustrating and people using the demo wouldn't know this is usually being persisted if you were logged in.

Maybe we could store this in a session for anonymous users? It wouldn't need to be persisted for long but just like until the session times out.

We wouldn't store it in the DB as different anonymous users would overwrite the settings.
