Evolution trend icons are not vertically aligned with evolution percent.

Also adjust the last sentence of the evolution proportional tooltip to explicitly state that the comparison is against a partial previous period "2 visits this month compared to 4 visits in the previous partial period (Oct 2021)"

Expected Behavior

Arrow icons should be vertically centered against the evolution percent figure

Current Behavior

Arrow icons are misaligned
