It should say

Learn more about it on Matomo's Privacy Policy page

"on our privacy policy" can be misleading as users might have a custom privacy policy applied (which can be configured in Privacy settings). And "our" isn't "us" (Matomo) when it's hosted by a user (it would then mean it's the user's privacy policy).
