Summary

From forum: https://forum.matomo.org/t/how-to-manually-set-time-for-deleting-old-data/43543

Currently, all scheduled tasks are scheduled at the same time as the schedule is created.
Current schedule old data deletion configuration panel
It could be good to be able to define the schedule time

@heurteph-ei thanks for creating this issue. Be great to also mention why this would be great to have.

A workaround would be to disable the task Piwik\Plugins\PrivacyManager\Tasks.deleteLogData in a custom plugin and then creating a command to delete logs data which then could be triggered using a cronjob at a set time.

Or an easier workaround would be likely to edit the time in the matomo_option table manually once for the entry for option_name="TaskScheduler.timetable" maybe. I haven't tested this though.
