Pivot feature does not work with all columns table visualisation #18268

Reproduced this eg with Source Medium report see matomo-org/plugin-MarketingCampaignsReporting#83

Also reproduced this with the "Search Engines" report.

To reproduce select the visualisation

it will show data. Then select the Pivot feature using the cog icon

Then it will show now data.

Pivot feature works with the regular simple table visualisation.

Maybe a simple solution could be to simply disable pivot feature when all columns table is used. Or maybe we can get it to work.

@tsteur another simple solution would be to force the normal table viz when a pivot is given.
