As we started introducing Vue 3 as a replacement for AngularJS in Matomo, it came up that the Vue CLI service command does not appear to work on windows. Trying to get the vue:build command to work on Windows resulted in several errors, one of them I couldn't fix:

Note: I only tested the build command through WSL. It's possible it might be easier to get it to work using docker or just in a windows command prompt. If there is a workable solution, whatever it is, it should be documented when discovered.
