The INI Setting enable_fingerprinting_across_websites is named incorrectly (since Matomo doesn't use a fingerprint anymore).
It would be great to remove this INI setting completely and always make sure the config_id is different across different website IDs.

I don't even think this would really be a BC break for anyone, so we could change it in any release.
