Matomo 4.2.0

system settings -> Manage Users

lets take a look on the "action" column, especially the hover behave of the buttons

The edit buttons works fine

but the delete button next to it behaves different

If you hover over the button the cursor is an arrow (and not a finger hand like the edit button)

If you hover not directly on the bin icon the icon is still black.
But if you hover over the centered bin icon, it turns to red

I would expect:

• that the bin is always red coloured while hovering the button
• that the cursor is the same like on the edit button
