Not sure if there is already such an issue. As some users run into update issues be great if we could store a log of all update log messages. For example the ones from this screen: https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/blob/4.x-dev/tests/UI/expected-screenshots/OneClickUpdate_update_success.png but also any SQL error or other upgrade error that happened. We could store this for say the last X updates and show the logs from say the last 3 updates in the system check for example.

We would also want to know if the files and separately the DB update was triggered through the UI,whether core:update ran, and maybe we could even store there when plugins were activated/deactivated?
