The new report "Performance overview" is very helpful and currently documented in https://matomo.org/faq/how-to/how-do-i-see-page-performance-reports/

it would be helpful to also document the meaning of the performance overview metrics when hovering on the metrics, in a tooltip.

Note: the metrics documentation tooltip are already correctly showing for columns in the Behavior > Performance > Page URLs tables.

So we'd just need to add them to the Behavior > Performance > Performance overview report (sparklines):
