Hello,

It would be useful to be able to set default currency & timezone for websites directly from config file and/or from console.

It will be more easy to manage an automatic installation and can avoid/prevent mistakes by forcing value from config instead of value from admin panel.

Thanks for suggesting this new feature @nrenault

btw just in case you can use mysql during the install then you could also set this value as a workaround through a query.

Should this be implemented, then as like with all/most our settings we would remove below settings from the UI (in this case the general website settings page ) if it is configured in the config.
