I was updating to Matomo 4 but noticed PagePerformance plugin was not activated automatically.

I had to manually activate it and then it was showing again some log_* updates instead of combining it with the rest of the updates.

Goal of this issue is to activate the plugin by default at the end of 4.0.0-b1 update and to ideally also manually add all needed DB column updates to https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/blob/4.x-dev/core/Updates/4.0.0-b1.php#L115-L124 so they will be added in one MySQL ALTER statement instead of multiple ones. eg time_dom_processing MEDIUMINT(10) UNSIGNED NULL etc should be added this way.
