In a lot of cases, tracking implementations nowadays use highly specific goals, custom dimensions, custom reports and all kind of very individual stuff. Similar to the segment editor, it'd be great to be able to assign a dashboard to a single / multiple Site-IDs only, because dashboards displaying site specific goals, custom reports, custom dimensions, etc. fail on other Site-IDs.
