Right now we have an issue that new segments added make the core archive cronjob not be able to process all data - to solve this problem I think an option to skip-idsegments should solve our issue - that mean that we have two cronjobs, on that uses --force-idsegments (segment 1,2,3,4) and another that have a suggested new option --skip-idsegments (1,2,3,4) - that will archive new segments (5,6). Is this something to consider?

I can see that --skip-idsegments has existed, but is no more. I am working on a patch for this now.
