I was trying to reach someone from Matomo ( Innocraft Ltd) to get information and support model for using Matomo on premise with plugins. I have sent multiple requests over the past week and half but did not get any reply. I know this may not be the right forum but can someone help me with this.
Hi @reddipravi. Sorry to hear you didn't get an answer. Where did you send your requests to? If you sent a request last week it should have already been answered. Might it be possible that the answer was caught by your spam filter?
I have checked my spam folder but do not see an reply. Is there any way I could get an email id for Matomo services for my vendor team to work with on buying few plugins and starting an vendor engagement?
Hi @reddipravi sorry about that. We usually reply within one day so that's not normal. I've just found your mail that you sent 18 hours ago. For some reason it was classified as spam on our side. I'll have some respond.
