Changes to make to the Help page:

  • replace or donate now to help fund the next great Matomo release! (the link doesn't work) by something like and help create the next great Matomo release!
  • remove • Exclusive access to Matomo training videos & add mention of trainings (see Link to the new Matomo Analytics and Matomo Tag Manager training pages on matomo.org #15932)
  • replace • 24/7 online request service by * email support or remove it
  • Add premium plugins missing from the list: Heatmap & Session recording, Cohorts, etc. (we could maybe cap the list to the 10 most popular ones?)

Here's what I've grasped and what I think needs to be done.

"If you're a fan of Matomo, you can help: find out How to participate in Matomo, or donate now to help fund the next great Matomo release!"

will be replaced by

"If you're a fan of Matomo, you can help: find out How to participate in Matomo and help create the next great Matomo release!"

"Exclusive access to Matomo training videos"

replaced by

"Matomo Analytics training videos"

What do you think about placing "Tag Manager training videos" with a link on Tag Manager's "Getting Started" last paragraph, before the developer documentation link?

For example - please check out our Matomo Analytics training videos and developer documentation on how ....

"24/7 online request service"

replaced by

"24/7 email support" / "Email support available round-the-clock."

  1. Adding missing plugins with short description.

Cohorts: Monitor retention efforts, keep visitors engaged.
Heatmap & Session Recording: Gain deep insights into visitor behavior, boost conversions.

Could you please guide me if there's any misunderstanding?
