Hi.

We have a Hebrew encoding problem when issuing an Email report with a CSV file.
The CSV has gibberish letters instead of Hebrew letters.

HOWEVER - please notice that exporting a CSV file using the UI (e.g. exporting visits report), creates a CSV file with valid Hebrew chars just fine ...

A Picture of the problem is included.
