Workflow improvement to optionally create db user if db admin (e.g., root) specified.

  • move database name and tables prefix between server and db user name
  • add db admin/password below db user/password; perhaps group with "Optional" label and border
  • add help text explaining that these fields are necessary to create the database and/or user, if the database user doesn't exist or the database user lacks the privilege to create the database

what is "move database name and tables prefix between server and db user name"?

moving to post 1.0, since the install as it is is enough for 1.0

I'm referring to the position of the fields on the form.

Safer to leave users create their own DB users in cpanel or phpmyadmin.
