When a goal contains long words in title and description and/or the user has a small screen, the edit and delete buttons are moved out of the screen:

I'm not sure what would be the best solution

We usually truncate description after say 40-100 characters (depending on space available) and show the full text on hover @Findus23
The name we could in worst case wrap multiple lines
