in the "Last successful Archiving Completion" diagnostic, whenever the diagnostic is a warning or an error, to guide user to the best available resource, let's add a link to the following user guide: https://matomo.org/docs/setup-auto-archiving/ (let's reuse an existing translation string like "learn more")

Currently looks like this:
