Visits Over Time widget is fine if we use <365 days range, but as soon as we switch to something >1 year, the chart becomes less useful. Why? Because, it is missing the year label values, both on x-axis itself, and tooltips on hover. Take a look at this chart below, can you tell year span just by looking at it? No (it's almost 3,5 years).

Please, fix this issue.
