changes to several search engines #1401

I've got some more changes to the search engine definition. here a list of changes I've done in the attached patch:

• changes to Tiscali
  • add search.tiscali.it
  • remove rechercher.nomade.tiscali.fr (icon needs rename)
  • remove search-dyn.tiscali.de
  • remove www.tiscali.co.uk
• changes to Excite
  • change www.excite.it to search.excite.it (icon needs rename)
  • change www.excite.fr to search.excite.fr - param is q
  • add search.excite.de, search.excite.co.uk, search.excite.nl, search.excite.es - param is q
  • add www.excite.co.jp - param is search
• changes to Setooz
  • add ar.setooz.com
  • add bs.setooz.com
  • add cs.setooz.com
  • add da.setooz.com
  • add hr.setooz.com
  • add nl.setooz.com
  • add fa.setooz.com
  • add ro.setooz.com
  • add sr.setooz.com
  • add ur.setooz.com
• changes to WebSearch
  • remove is1.websearch.com (icon needs rename)
  • change www.websearch.com
  • add missing url param q
  • add missing path search/results2.aspx?q={k}
• add new engine Walhello
  • urls: www.walhello.info, www.walhello.com, www.walhello.de, www.walhello.nl
  • keyword: key

• add new engine Geona
  • urls: geona.net, www.geona.net

Can you add an icon for Geona?

(In [2374]) refs #1401 icon for geona.net

they don't have an useable icon, but i guess this one will do it.
