Imagine building a container image or a service template where you want matomo to be pre-configured.
On the part about geolocalization, it's relatively easy to include a geo db with the rest of the file part of your template.
However the user will still need to go over the settings and enable geo ip + auto update, and there's currently no way to force those settings from environment.
It'd be nice to be able to pass those settings via environment or running a command (I have a preference for environment).
Things like MATOMO_LOCALIZATION_PROVIDER (default|geoip|geoipmodule), MATOMO_LOCALIZATION_UPDATE_DBURL, MATOMO_LOCALIZATION_UPDATE_ISPURL and MATOMO_LOCALIZATION_UPDATE_FREQUENCY (weekly|monthly)
