On the //CoreHome_NoPrivilegesAskPiwikAdmin//, Matomo display a link to contact the application admin to request access rigths. This link contains Super-Administrators emails retrieve using the Piwik::getAllSuperUserAccessEmailAddresses() method (see //core/Plugin/Controller.php//, redirectToIndex() method).

It's could be useful to have a parameter to configure the administrator email, for instance to use the address of a ticketing system. I don't know if a parameter already exist to configure the administrator's email use somewhere else in Matomo (I found nothing), but it's could used if exist.
