csv export is empty when using segmentation filters #13378

We are using Matomo-Version: 3.6.0 and have some segments to filter our data. The graphics of the page visits is displayed correctly and with data points. When using any "export data" function to download e.g. a csv-file. There is no data in this downloaded file.

@dkehne could you provide some more details? what kind of segments are you using and which report did you try to export? Maybe #13932 might fix it.

We already figured out that the error was a misconfiguration from our organiziation. I can close the issue.
